| Stonechip
Cladding
A
most delightful cladding system in various different Colours,
which locks together to form a beautiful surface to the
building.
On
BISF and Riley homes the Stonechip effect to the Upper
Storey combines most effectively with work to the lower
storey with either the Brick Effect, or in a combination
of the same colour stonechip or other complimentary
colours in the stonechip range or textured coating
range.

| Slate
Effect Cladding
A
delightful finish, made from strong but lightweight
fibreglass, which will enhance the Upper Storey of any
BISF or Riley home, or the full home of most other
styles. The
slate effect, which appears as a falling scalloped
effect comes in 3 basic colours.
On
BISF and Riley homes the slate effect to the Upper
Storey combines most effectively with either the Brick,
or the Stonechip or one of the colours in the Textured
Coating range to the Lower Storey.

| Brick
Effect Cladding
This
most effective finish, is again constructed from
lightweight fibreglass made to resemble brickwork and
comes in various distinctive colours and textures. It will enhance most
prefabricated style properties to give a brick effect
finish.
Where
the Upper Storey is of a different construction to the
lower storey, such as on BISF properties, the brick
finish can be combined with slate effect to the Upper
Storey or used on the Upper Storey with the lower storey
finished in either complimentary brick effect, stonechip
or a textured coating finish.
Special
corner pieces finish the work, giving the effect of a
true brick corner.

| PVC
Cladding Systems
A
well tried out and tested system.
On frame construction houses it is essential to
provide a stepped jointing to the boards, which should
be no more than 6 metres in length without a joint to
ensure correct expansion.
Some
more recent developments mean that virtually any colour
surface can be produced.
Combine
the Upper Storey of a Riley or BISF property with the
lower storey finish in Brick Effect, Stonechip Effect or
a complimentary colour from the Textured Coating Range
for an interesting appearance.

| Woodgrain
Effect Shiplap Cladding
PVC
Cladding with a difference.
The PVC is in a matt finish with an impregnated
Woodgrain effect surface.
Again,
combine the Upper Storey of a Riley or BISF property
with the lower storey finish in Brick Effect, Stonechip
Effect or a complimentary colour from the Textured
Coating Range for an interesting appearance.
Also
looks beautiful on Hawksley Style bungalows, adding a
protection to the metal panel sheets.

| Textured
Coatings
Unlike
many render type finishes the Textured Coatings are
flexible and only provide the final finished effect to the
system.
To
Upper Storey systems of BISF and Riley homes, a special
base cladding is used to ensure a flat, flexible surface
upon which to apply the Coating System.
This
system is, in general, suitable for all areas of the
house walls and can be combined with natural York stone
corners.
The
system looks particularly effective as a compliment to
the lower storey of homes clad to the Upper Storey in
Slate effect, Brick effect, PVC or Stonechip Effect
cladding.

| Window
Boxes
Window
Boxes, are automatically included in any of the systems
to BISF and Riley Upper Storey Systems, ensuring that
the metal outer window frames are fully enclosed and
protected. They
are removable in case of later window replacement. They
are offered as an optional extra to the lower storeys of
these properties and also for all other properties.
Window
boxes can be in white, brown or woodgrain effect, the
most popular being white.
Where
other companies have installed cladded systems without
window boxes, it is usually possible for Septaluk
Services to install window boxes to compliment these
systems.

| Insulation
Systems
Within
most of the above systems insulation can be added as an
option.
The
type of insulation and application is dependant on the
system chosen.
|
| Replacement
Roofing Systems
With
most prefabricated homes, a replacement roof must be
constructed of lightweight materials.
The use of standard roofing tiles or slates can
severely compromise the structure and place considerable
force on the walls of the home.
The
lightweight tile and slate effect systems which are
employed to improve the home come in a variety of
colours and interlock to provide a watertight roof to
the home. Combined
with a sub-frame structure of treated timbers and felts,
the roofing provides the ultimate finish to the home.
Homes
with Cement Asbestos Sheeting/Corrugated Roofing/pent
slopes or worn mineral felted roofs will all benefit
from a tile effect to the surface.
A minimum 10º slope is required (or for Park
Homes will be constructed) to provide sufficient
“run-off” for the top-water.

| Roofline
Eaves/Soffits/Barge and Facia boards
Full
back or face vented systems available either solely or
in combination with any of the above systems.
Where a back vented system is suitable, this
ensures the aesthetic appearance is preserved.
Most
home owners request white roofline products, but brown
or woodgrain effect finishes can also be applied.
Combined
with the soffits and facia boards there is a
complimentary range of rainwater
goods in a variety of colours, which are either
round or square.
