Textured coatings, are of a two or three coat wet render system often             incorporating nylon meshes: the final coat being in a textured compound,             which is generally used for lower storey applications on BISF and Riley             homes, or on other non-traditional homes with a present cement or rendered surface.  Textured Coatings are generally used to compliment other Upper             Storey systems.

It is essential to have a comprehensive inspection before these products are           used as it may be more appropriate to use one of the dry-cladding systems to          ensure that protection is maintained.

The Picture shown demonstrates a BISF which has received an Upper Storey         Stonechip Cladding Effect, with a complimentary Textured system to the Lower storey.”
